The upper control arms are stronger than OEM arms and are 100% bolt-on.
They are a direct fit and will work on trucks that are have leveling kits, or lift kits.
This  is for those trucks with Factory Steel Upper Control Arms which must  have to add strenth and performance to your truck while on or off road.
Weak  OEM ball joints present problems by limiting suspension travel  potential, especially when using 2" or more lift on your truck.
Tips on zerks(as shown in picture):
No. 1& No. 2 zerks can fill in grease after some use (pre-greased when you get it)
No.3 zerk just a decoration, sealed and pre-greased, so do not try to fill in anymore, or you will damage it
Do   not torque the zerk too tight and It can turns to different   directions(not must vertical)---the right and left zerks no need to the   same directions
