    Rubberized Carbon Switch Elements
    Sold by weight, you'll receive 4 ounces (approximately 325) switch elements.
    Physical characteristics:
    Diameter of black conductive material: 6.37mm / 0.250 inch
    Diameter at largest point: 14.50mm / 0.570 inch
    Diameter of gray "button" which encloses black conductive material: 7.47mm / 0.295 inch
    Height - overall (uncompressed): 5.50mm / 0.216 inch
    The gray portion of each element is an insulator.  The black portion is a conductor.
    The elements are totally flexible.  They can be mounted above 2 leads on a circuit board.  Until pressure is applied at the top, the conductive black portion is above the board surface and does not complete the circuit.  Apply pressure, and the black conductor makes contact, completing the circuit.
    These were used in car alarm remote controls.
    Can be used for many experimenter and hobbyist switching applications.
