Important: We try to be fair with shipping charges and will work with you on shipping price; please message us through eBay messaging before you pay for an adjustment in shipping charges. Note that this only works when you use buy it now; purchasing through shopping cart does not allow us to revise your invoice. If you do not message us, we assume that you are fine with the charges and will give you quickest service possible for amount paid. Generally we will refund you if you have overpaid shipping. If you think you were due a refund please don't hesitate to message us through eBay message service.
FYI: we have no idea what eBay means by expedited shipping. As a matter of policy we ship all orders same day. Please don't expect air shipments for the extra .00 eBay charges; if you need a package next day or two day, message us for freight quotation.
All shipping charges quoted are to continental US only; please message us for quote to AK, HI, PR, GU, PO Boxes, and APO addresses. Unless your company has a net 30 account with us or you have an established history with us, we will NOT use a third party account to ship your package. We accept returns however you may be charged a 25% restock fee. Outgoing freight charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error in shipping. If you return something and actual cost to ship to you was greater than you were charged, we will deduct full cost of freight from your refund (for instance we ship something to you and charge .00 freight yet it cost us to ship it to you, will be deducted from your refund ( cost- paid = )).
